Returns & Exchanges
At MAXHOSA, we strive for perfection in every stitch; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all luxury packaging and tags intact.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our concierge team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return to receive your Return Authorization (RA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Carefully place the items in their original MAXHOSA branded box and protective dust bags, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the shipping carton.
- 3.Schedule a Collection
Once your request is approved, we will coordinate a complimentary courier pickup from your delivery address at a time that is convenient for you.
- 4.Quality Inspection & Refund
After our artisans inspect the returned garment to ensure it meets our quality standards, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
